DO I HAVE TO COLLECT AND RETURN THE MOTORHOME ON SPECIFIC DAYS AND TIMES?

Yes-This is very important for the benefit of the next hirer.

Collection 4pm to 5.30pm
Return 8.30am to 10.00am
All weekend and midweek breaks are the same collection and return times.

DO YOU HIRE ALL YEAR ROUND?

Yes we do - all motor homes are fully insulated and have dual fuel gas/electric heating with ducted blown air.

DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM HIRE PERIODS?

Our hire periods during high season are 7 to 14 nights (for longer hire please ask for prices) but in low and medium seasons we cater for long weekends (3 days Friday to Monday) and mid week (Monday to Friday 4 days).

HOW OLD ARE YOUR MOTORHOMES?

All our motor homes are brand new for 2008.

WHAT IS THE SECURITY BOND OF £600 FOR?

This is a damage and condition deposit which is fully refundable if the vehicle is returned in undamaged and clean condition with all tanks emptied. The bond also acts as a insurance excess in the event of a claim from a third party (your fault). £600 is your maximum liability.

ARE YOUR MOTORHOMES FULLY INSURED?

Yes- All our motor homes are covered by comprehensive insurance which covers the UK and Europe. It does not cover personal items we would recommend that you take personal holiday insurance to fully protect yourself.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN YOUR MOTORHOME?

No- Smoking is not permitted in any of our motor homes.

ARE YOUR MOTORHOMES FITTED WITH SEATBELTS?

All vehicles are fitted with seatbelts which are fitted by the motohome manufacturer.

ARE YOU ABLE TO COLLECT US FROM OUR AIRPORT/ RAILWAY TERMINAL?

Please let us know the pick up point and time and we can arrange this (please contact us for prices. Our nearest airport is Humberside Airport and our nearest Railway Station is in Bridlington.

IS BEDDING SUPPLIED WITH THE MOTORHOME?

No - Most customers prefer to use their own. However we do offer a hire service package if desired (contact us for prices).

DO YOU SUPPLY A FULL INVENTORY OF KITCHEN AND DINING UTENSILS?

Yes.

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR AT YOUR PREMISES?

Yes- Your vehicle could be left with us free of charge at the owners own risk. All keys must be left with us.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS IN THE MOTORHOME?

Some pets may be allowed subject to prior arrangement only.

HOW MANY DRIVERS ARE PERMITTED?

Our prices cover one named driver extra drivers may be added at an additional charge.
